Refer a Friend

If your friend’s company signs a licensing contract with TTI for the use of eFileReviewer within three months from the day you referred your friend, you or your company is entitled to receive referral fee up to 25% of the licensing fee received.If you provided the only referral, you will be entitled to $1,250 of referral fee if the full licensing fee of $5,000 is paid by the company you referred.

If there are multiple referrals, it is allocated based on the following example in the case of four referrals to a company:

First referral – 50% (50% of $1,250 = $625)

Second referral – 50% of the second half (50% of $625 = $313)

Third referral – 50% of the third half (50% of $312 = $162)

Fourth referral - remainder (50% of $312 = $162)

Payment will be made either to you or to your company based on your selection and detail you provided within 30 days from the date TTI received licensing payment from the company you referred.

TTI is not responsible for the ethics rules that may govern the payment of referral fee.You should check with your company policy and state laws regarding whether the payment should be paid to you or your company. You can refer your own company if your company policy and state laws allow such referral and corresponding referral payment.

You can refer as many friends as you want.If you refer the same friend multiple times, last referral becomes the only valid referral for referral payment purpose.

You do not have to be TTI customer to provide a referral to your friend.
